Here are pictures of the puppies we currently have available. We have several puppies that were born March 5, 2025. We now have one female (female Fifi has been sold 6/9/2025) and two remaining from Red areTiny and Jet. We have one Male remaining from Cassie and his name is Teddy. We have one male remaining from Luna and his name is Buddy. We have 2 Havashus remaining from Peaches; one female Summer and one male Scout . Peaches, Luna and Cassies puppies are 12 weeks old. Reds puppies are 11 weeks old. They have their shots and are chipped. They have had their physical for our Vet and are ready for their new homes. We have a new litter from Sheila and Winston. These were born on May 29, 2025 and will be ready on July 24, 2025. The price for our puppies is $2500. We welcome visitors to our home to visit with our puppies. These puppies are ready for their new homes except Shiela’s, and can go home with you if you meet one that you like. We are located 50 miles East of Sacramento off of Highway 80. What is included? Our puppies go to their new homes with dew claws removed, current vaccinations and deworming, and AKC registered with an AKC microchip. We also provide a Deluxe Puppy Pack, which includes the AKC registration papers, AKC microchip registration form, health record, a puppy toy, puppy blanket, and puppy food. Our puppies are thoroughly examined by our veterinarian at about 8 weeks.
What is the cost? The “pet price” (which doesn’t include breeding rights) is $2500. A puppy is reserved with a $250 deposit, and in the order of deposits received. If I do not have a puppy for you within 6 months of the postmark of your deposit, you may choose to have your deposit returned or retain your reservation place for the next available puppy.
What is the procedure? When you have reserved a puppy, I will email pictures of your growing puppy to you every week or so after his/her eyes are open. Your puppy will be available to go home with you after he/she is 8 weeks old. We will schedule your visit to our home to pick up your puppy. During this memorable visit you will become acquainted with your new puppy and his/her parents- don’t forget your camera! You will also become familiar with the environment in which your puppy has been raised. You are visiting our home- we are not a kennel. Please do not bring other pets with you for the safety and health of our ShihTzus and puppies. During this visit we will review the AKC paperwork and microchip registration with you and you will receive a copy of the health record. We will spend time discussing any questions you may have. Then you will take your new baby home!
With all of this in mind, buying a California ShihTzu has never been more stress-free, with a price that is both affordable and competitive. We believe that nobody should go bankrupt for the dog they love, nor have to deal with a confusing process to get said pooch.
So we encourage all of our customers to let us know if they have any questions or comments regarding the puppy pick-up. Without your feedback, we cannot strive to improve, and that’s exactly what we’re always looking to do. This is your pup in the end, so giving it the best growing experience it can have is the most important thing there is.
